  • •  Build a more engaging and inclusive Jewish community

Goal: Combat anti-Semitism and anti-Israel rhetoric and activity
Geographic focus: San Francisco Bay Area, national, international
Support programs that:
  • •  Foster education about Judaism, the Jewish people and Israel
  • •  Create pro-Jewish and pro-Israel media campaigns
  • •  Advance dialogue and cultural exchanges

Goal: Support a democratic and progressive State of Israel (unsolicited requests are not accepted)
Geographic focus: Israel
Support programs that:
  • •  Strengthen democracy and civil society for all Israelis
    • Protect human and civil rights; advance social justice and civic inclusion
  • •  Protect the environment
    • Build the capacity of environmental organizations; raise public awareness of environmental issues; advance environmental justice; further resource protection and sustainability
  • •  Promote religious pluralism
    • Pursue equality for liberal Judaism
  • •  Advance educational opportunities for disadvantaged students of all backgrounds through scholarships at Israeli universities
